Feijoa icecream
Enjoy some homemade feijoa icecream
Put fruit into a fruit processor and blend with 1/2 cup of sugar - or use hand blender if you don't have a food processor available. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Whip cream ready for next step. Beat eggs until thick and put aside briefly.
Beat egg yokes and 1/2 cup of sugar. Add to fruit mixture and allow to cool. Fold in whipped cream, then add egg whites and fold in also. Cover and freeze.
